Library Loot June 22, 2019

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire fromThe Captive Reader and Sharlene from Real Life Reading that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library.

Super late on this this week but that’s life. I’ve had this up on my computer for days waiting to finish it up. Better late than never?

It was raining. I was tired. A ton of holds from Libby came in at once. No physical books this week.

The Love & Lies of Rukhsana Ali by Sabina Khan pride month read
The Dead Queens Club by Hannah Capin
came highly recommended by someone
We Are Okay by Nina LaCour
(already finished) I’m starting to think that Nina LaCour just might not be my thing. That and I think I’m hitting my limit on contemporary books. I’m more fantasy/sci-fi type than anything.
This Is Kind of an Epic Love Story by Kacen Callender pride month read
Pulp by Robin Talley
been wanting to read this for a while
Soul of the Sword by Julie Kagawa
Cannot believe I was able to get this this quickly. LOVED the first book and can’t wait to get started on this!
The Sleeper and the Spindle by Neil Gaiman
(already finished) short reimagination of Sleeping Beauty

What do you have checked out right now? See anything you’ve read or are interested in? Tell me in the comments!

  1. Looks like a great book haul! I haven’t read any of these yet, apart from The Sleeper and the Spindle. I have reserved The Soul of the Sword so hope it comes in soon 🙂
